Governing Council

Our Governing Council is the highest decision-making body of Arbitrasia, comprising eminent professionals including retired judicial officers, senior advocates, and industry experts. The Council approves the Rules, appoints key functionaries, and oversees institutional governance, ensuring adherence to the highest standards of integrity and impartiality.

The Council plays a supervisory role and does not interfere in the administration of individual cases, ensuring the independence of the arbitral process.

Administration

Day-to-day operations are led by the Registrar, supported by a team of case-management counsel, IT specialists, and administrative staff. The Registry maintains case files, hearing schedules, and a secure e-filing platform to ensure efficient and transparent proceedings.
